The film’s investors had been seeking $8.3m (£5m) in damages, claiming Hilton failed to promote its DVD release.
They have until 28 August to argue for her to pay back some or all of her fee.
Worldwide Entertainment Group sued Hilton and her company, Paris Hilton Entertainment, for breach of contract earlier this year.
The Miami firm, now defunct, claimed her inaction had directly led to the release being a flop.
